The topic of the article under investigation is "Correlation between the administrative leadership style and inclination towards organizational learning in local governmental organizations." The title of the article is appropriate because the objective of the research is to conduct a preliminary verification of theoretical postulates on the correlation between the executive management style and learning procedure in indigenous governmental organizations. The statement of the problem is clearly stated in that the research seeks to find a correlation between organizational leadership style and learning procedures in local administrative organizations. The problem in the study also has a theoretical rational as it seeks to find a clear answer between two opposing arguments. The article also has a review of literature section where the author researched on past peer reviewed materials which touched on the specific study being undertaken.
