These individuals may come out as spiritual leaders, scientists, politicians, or activists. Among the different titles given to such individuals, it is observed that most become influential people where the rest of the society wants to listen to, follow what they say, or enumerate their lifestyles. They gain the title because of their strategies to overcome life barriers and the force of their personalities. Individuals such as Richard Branson, Dalai Lama, and Jaan Tallinn are some of the influential people the society envy. Because of high interest in such people, they spark various studies and researches on their lives, developed by people trying to understand their development. Various methods are used to study and analyze the influential leaders, and some of the common theories used are the Feud psychosocial theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. The individuals who developed these theories are also celebrated and observed by many as influential; thus, the following text is going to look at the human development of Abraham Harold Maslow using his development theory and Fued's psychosocial theory.
