Stress Summary
Introduction
It was a surprise to realize where my stress levels turned out to be because I had different expectations; hence a variation occurred. Taking the tests and waiting for the scores tend to be an event that is motivating. The results indicated that I possess higher levels of stress. I knew that I was stressed but needed confirmation. To develop my specific stress profile, I was involved in gathering the relevant information through the tests that measured several aspects.
Tests
The stressed Out test was the first one I took, and I had a score of 28. This tends to be even ten times more than where I should belong, considering my age bracket since an adult belonging to my age ranges at 12.6 on averagely, a female often possesses a score of 13.6, and any woman who has experienced divorce tend to have a score of around 14.7. now my score turns to be very high and looking at my family, many of my relatives have died because of issues of cardiovascular while at tender ages, and I observe the reasons for my score.
Susceptibility to stress which was my second test. The test possesses the aim of realizing how an individual is susceptible to stress and what causes that. Susceptibility to stress relies on the following aspects: the person's lifestyle, what is available for curbing stress, health conditions.
