Introduction
Stress has evolved from a group to personal concern. Experts warn that people who fail to deal with stressors may have to pay for it in future. Any person currently stressed may become unproductive in future throwing personal activities into jeopardy. Fortunately, stress can be managed within specified synergies and approaches. For instance, an individual can attend healthcare sessions geared towards stress management. A well-formulated stress management schedule should encompass wellness programs to assist in improving personal productivity while reducing health costs. The purpose of this report is to design an individualized stress management program to promote healthy lifestyle changes. This program will help cope with everyday stress and to decrease vulnerability to stressful situations.
Unpleasant Attitude
Having the right personal attitude is fundamental to my personal success. Psychologists state that if I take up something that I love doing I will enjoy performing it and personal activities will never be monotonous (Shethna, 2017). I have an unpleasant attitude which makes it hard to socialize with other people. There is need for motivation when am experiencing negative stressor since it is a way of accomplishing my life goals. Developing unpleasant attitude at home and work is a recipe for stress. Stress can be harmful to my growth and development. Negative attitudes at a personal level can promote unhealthy results in my life since it will jeopardize accomplishment of daily objectives.
