Many people rank the fear of public speaking number one because of their negative experience. They can use different ways to overcome speech anxiety and feel confident in front of a crowd. The fear of public speaking is the most common fear expressed by humans of all ages, and they may be terrified of being judged; thus, they can use various approaches to overcome this phobia.
Public speaking is not terrifying for some humans, but others see it as a nightmare. Many successful people have become who they are because they can speak in front of a crowd.
