This research will investigate the quality and nature of life for students who are either gay lesbian, bisexual and transgender students in college campuses. This study will investigate the safety, hospitality and equality of gay students around campuses and how well the students can be adapted among their peers, college administration and perhaps the general society or community around them. The research will focus on the current adaptability and acceptability of LGBT unions in college campus, their future and how well they can be accepted in a college setting and the society.

Present this in one sentence or no more than one clear concise paragraph. Some of the theories suggest that there be certain stages of identity development are likely to be involved in LGBT unions, in college campuses. 1.5 Research Question(s)(What do you really want to know? The rest of this form derives from and should constantly be guided by your research question. Always consider your research question in addressing all following components of this design form.)
Mixed methods studies will have a primary quantitative research question [for the quantitative component] and a central qualitative research question [for the qualitative component]. You can have as many additional quantitative and qualitative questions as you want but it is these two primary and central questions that will align with your problem and purpose statements and that drive the investigation in a mixed methods study. The two questions need to complement each other in terms of the problem and purpose of the proposed research. Each question will drive separate data collection procedures and separate data analysis processes. For pragmatic parallel or pragmatic sequential mixed method model studies, the researcher develops one research question, independent quantitative and qualitative data collection processes, and infers a response to the single question from both sets [strands] of data.
Qualitative: List the primary research question and any sub questions that the proposed study will address. A qualitative study should be led by one open-ended question. Additional questions can be added in the proposal.
Quantitative: List the primary research question and any sub questions that the proposed study will address. Include hypothesis/es as appropriate.

However, there is limited research that has been carried on the issues of LGBT on college’s campus. There a exist several issues that need to be understood on the issues of LGBT in college students. These issues will be discussed in several topics such as identity of LBGT, involvement of LGBT and types of LGBT organizations.
