Abstract
In recent years, the world has experienced a meteoritic increase in the number of cancer cases reported. Many people have died in the process. Blow up lung cancer is one of the leading killers among both men and women in America. The reason for the sudden increase in cancer cases in the world is due to the modern living standards. As America grows, it develops a culture of reduced running or walking, widespread consumption of unhealthy foods and smoking among other forms of tobacco use. The proposal aims to get grants from the American Cancer Society and create awareness on the blow up cancer in the United States of America. This will include all the States in the country. The project will cost 10 million dollars that will be used for acquiring staff and transport.
The awareness will be created by the use of free attendance seminars for the individuals in America, especially in the rural areas where there is little or no information on cancer. People in the American countryside are more likely to die from cancer due to their lack of information on how cancer comes about, how the risk of cancer can be minimized and the available treatment methods. To make sure as many people as possible know about it, television and radio advertisements will be placed in the local stations. In the seminars, trained officials will educate the people on cancer and how it can be fought. This will also include testimonies from the selected survivors to encourage those who have already been diagnosed with it. The local governments in the different American states will be involved in the sensitization program to ensure the program gets as much support as possible and ensure that it reaches as many people as possible.

Problem statement
Every year, there are 14 million new cancer cases. This number is expected to increase in the next ten years. This is due to the lifestyle America has adopted, like smoking, lack of physical activity, and poor eating habits. Lung cancer kills approximately 150,000 people every year and about 28,000 of them have never smoked in their entire lives.
In the past, some efforts have been made to create awareness on the blow up cancer in America especially in the rural areas, but there has been no significant improvement. This because the in the countryside, there are low literacy levels, poor use of the media and sometimes ignorance and superstitious beliefs by the communities in these areas. The funds that have been allocated previously have also not been sufficient. To counter these problems, plans will have to be made to ensure that there is cooperation with the local communities. This is important because it will ensure that all the individuals are reached by the message. Currently, these areas have weak cancer organizations that do not get sufficient funding from the respective governments. Hence, it is justified to base the project in this area. America Cancer Society already has centers in this region for chronic diseases, but there has been no focus on how to create awareness on blow up cancer. The project, therefore, aims to sensitize the citizens of these areas on what is blow up lung cancer, how does it come about, who can be affected by blow up cancer, how to access treatment for the diagnosed individuals, how to prevent cancer or at least how to reduce the risk of getting blow up cancer. High body mass index has been associated with cancer (Ferlay, 2015).
Most of the citizens in America, especially those in the rural areas do not even know what cancer is or even what are the types of cancer and how do they come about. To fight the cancer problem, people like this must be educated well concerning the disease. This will be done by holding seminars in the remote areas, collaboration with the churches and other religious centers in these areas and also collaborating with the respective governments in the American states. Using the media as a way of spreading the message is also another way to reach as many people as possible. This can be achieved by running television advertisements and radio announcements especially on where the free seminars on cancer awareness will be held.
The proposed project is a great idea in that many people will be able to understand this blow-up lung cancer problem which is mysterious to them presently. This will help the respective American states in fighting the problem and the entire world as a whole as it grapples with this problem. However, the project has shortcomings in itself. This includes the fact that despite educating the people about cancer, the project does not provide treatment options. The affected individuals will still have to pay for the expensive treatments, which are most probably not available in the small towns. The sensitization program might also fail to reach as many individuals as projected due to a poor attitude and ignorance from the populations of these countries. Most of the people found in the rural areas of many states are traditionalists who have backward beliefs about causes of illnesses and possible treatments. Many of them refuse to believe in science and treatment and instead rely on their mythical gods for the cure. This could hamper the progress of the program.
Proposed Outcomes.
The goals of this project are simply to educate people in Americas on blow up lung cancer. This will include teaching them what the blow up lung cancer is and the ways its risks can be minimized. The officials who will be used in the program will also be expected to teach these people how they can minimize the risk of cancer. The individuals who have already been diagnosed with the disease will be provided with counseling services to help them get to learn how they can get through the ordeal. Survivors of blow up lung cancer and other types of cancer will be given opportunities to talk to the people so that they can be a living testimony that this cancer nightmare can be defeated with the right attitude, commitment and cooperation (Peppercorn, et al., 2011).
The program will also work to ensure that the respective nations implement the commitments that were made previously in the United Nations meeting on non-communicable diseases like cancer. This meeting was held in 2012. It will also work to help in bringing about the mobilization of the regional and national networks to work with one another in ensuring that the non-communicable diseases are included in the United Nations post-2015 priority framework. The program ...
