Relationship between Life Purpose and Life Balance
Life balance refers to the time one can spend doing a job compared to the time an individual can spend doing enjoyable things or with the family, which aids in reducing stress, increasing well-being, and lowering burnout risk. On the other hand, life purpose involves the fundamental aims which give morale to an individual's life, like being rich and in good health. The life purpose is directly related to life balance as life purpose shapes decisions in life, designs goals, effect traits, offers life direction, and fashions meaning to life. This paper determines how an individual's life purpose reflects life balance.
My morning activities typically reflect and influence daily activities, which can make a day more productive, less productive, more joyful, and healthy, among other traits which form the significant sections of life purpose (Aguilar et al., 2022). These activities which I usually engage in include; drinking bio-water, meditating, exercising, planning, making breakfast or coffee, getting to the sun outside, and spending time with friends and family. Food is the essential source of the body's energy through metabolic processes, fueling the person in daily activities. In contrast, some coffee activates enzymes and keeps me active through ought. Exercising aids in mustering to start sweating, producing endorphins in the brain, reducing pain and discomfort, improving well-being, and taking water mixed with some lemon, cucumber, or ice aids in replenishing body hydration due to the dehydration that occurs at night (Su & Zabielski, 2022). Meditating and making plans at dawn aids in making me intact to myself and more contemplative. All these activities shape the nature of life balance, which is the scope of a person's life balance.
At work, I usually involve in actions which keep me to the scope of life's purpose. These activities include spending some time with workmates who inspire my dream. The knowledge shared between us keeps my mindset to the reason of getting back as the driving force in working hard to achieve my goal. This propels my wealth which is a section of life's purpose. Making daily plans at work helps me stick to the assigned chores; thus, I can finish work on time by sticking to the work lane (Kelliher et al., 2019). This helps me reduce the stress of finishing work late and getting home late, and having time for other activities improves my health; it enhances my life purpose because health forms part of life purpose and the scope of life balance.
Just before sleep, I engage in things that reflect daily activities and refresh my mind, improving my health, the introductory part of life's purpose. Activities such as bathing and having light tea or snacks refresh my body and keep enzymes active throughout the night, which improves my health. Meditation of daily activities helps in brainstorming my steps to achieve my set dreams (Adnan, 2019). In addition, listening to music, relaxing, light breathing, spending time with my family, and stretching keep my moods alive, create joy, and reduce stress, thus helping minimize my stress for better health. In turn, it makes life purpose.
