Development in technology has brought into query some of the regulations made in previous years. The playing of violent games by young children is protected by the first amendment CITATION Roy11 \l 1033 (Gutterman, 2011). Just like movies and books violent video are considered open to free expressions. The opposition of the law claim that placing a restriction on violent games will be a violation of freedom of speech regardless of the impact the games might have on the kid’s development. Freedom of expression is the right an individual has to express themselves fully without any restriction. The clear benefits of such a cause are visible. The only problem with such a clause is that it gives video game makers the permission to create video games with controversial messages that are not exactly correct. This message can be conveyed to the viewer by use of fictional characters, the tone of voice. The messages can have an enormous impact on children’s development; children may learn or develop bad habits and addictions from the fictional characters in the violent games.

When a decision is to be determined, the party with the most support wins the decision. Whether it is Bill, election or agreement. The majority usually decide what decision the government makes. Anytime the term “the people” is mentioned in any context concerning a decision-making then it usually refers to the majority. The majority should be allowed to control what the minority see and hear. When decisions are made by the minority, the majority deem that decision as unfair. To maintain balance, a transparent procedure has to be created for making decisions. Majority rule ensures that decisions always favor the majority and that no decision is ever made to support minority. This may seem unfair at first glimpse but it is the only way balance can be achieved. If more people lose then more people will be disgruntled, and this can have many adverse effects on the community ...
