For the entire period I have been working on ePortfolio course, I must admit that I have learnt a lot and have made bigger steps in handling different aspects of my life and my studies. Since I started keeping my performance records, I have been able to track my performance. I am delighted that I have recorded a persistent improvement in the use of technology, my writing skills, and time management.
In management, ePortfolio can be applied in the monitoring and evaluation of organizations activities, it can help in reviewing of the daily activities of an organization by making employees maintain their portfolio and review their progress. It will help in implementation strategies to ensure that staff productivity is maintained at all times. Portfolio will enhance sharing of ideas and smooth flow of information within an organization as management can in create a portfolio where employs submit their queries and received instructions.
ePortfolio is very applicable in training staff and conducting performance appraisal. Through record kept both on paper and online, it can act as a management tool where it is used to justify employee promotions and appraisal. In this sense, it acts as a motivating factor to the management and employees. Since the administrator of the portfolio has full control, controlling the information available to the viewers easily controlled.

Knowledge learnt from this course will help in making vital decisions. To achieve this, working on personal portfolio and to keeping updated records on skills and competencies will help in personal management. It helps in developing vocabulary to communicate personal development and achievements as well as group achievements through sharing of documents and archives.
