Abstract People no longer have to go and study in classroom and other places. This is because they can use m learning instead. Mobile technology has improved enabling mobile tools that do many things to be made. Mobile learning has given learners many learning chances. It has many good things for learners. It is useful, easy to work with and students like it. People have studied how students work with m learning and they have noticed that the results are good. They have people have done a lot of studying would like m learning to be used in education. I addition,  the learners and the researchers are still trying make the process m learning easier. 1.0 Introduction Mobile can be a very good learning tool because the mobile devices of today such as tablets, mobile phones and improvement in the wireless technology have grown fast. Most researchers have said that mixing mobile techniques in the learning system looks to unstoppable and they have also found that it is good. Students and those with a lot of  knowledge in many countries such as Malaysia think that using mobile learning will be good for them. In addition,  several researches are being done that are like m learning both researchers and educators (Hussein, 2012). Many people still do not understand what m learning is all about. This is because it is not used a lot in schools. People have found out that because 3G mobile devices are being more nowadays, it is good for those who want to learn more about m learning or learn using m learning. M learning is good for learner and teachers in various ways. It helps teaching and learning by making it possible to give out tests, assignments and studying of things. It is also easy to buy and you can use it for a lot of things. It is easy because the mobile phone can be carried to all places and used all the time. Because of these good things m learning can do, the use of mobile devices in the process should start being used in all schools (Hussein, 2012).  If we use m learning, the normal proble . 2.0 Concepts of Mobile learning 2.1 Mobility of Technology Devices that are used in the m learning are cellular phones, smart phones, digital cameras and flash discs. They can also be used as television, radio, newspaper and magazine players or as devices used for recording and copying sound. Using them will improve teaching and make it easier. The improved mobile tools are supplied with Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP). These allow users to connect to the internet through PDA. The mobile cellular devices can connect together using the internet and because of that the information can be shared from one machine to the other at anytime and anywhere. If you are young, you can use fun thing to learn with such as cartoons and if you music you can use musical ways to help you learn. These mobile tools have all types of methods to teach for all types of people. The models that can do a lot of things can be carried anywhere, they are digital and they do not use wireless. You can use them for both teaching and learning (Hwang, 2011). Students who are of the same age group all want this equipment to learn with because they admire and respect how it can be carried anywhere. Most of the young people who are 20 years find these devices to be very important. To the, having these devices represents a special right, wealth and great comfort. The young people think of the things in the devices as modern and fashion. The people who first made the mobile tools were traditional because they wanted it to be just an important, respectful and admired by the young people.  When mobile devices are used in education, there will be great changes in what it will mean for education, the way it is planed and the results of education. Multimedia Message Service (MMS) and SMS is the most famous use of the mobile phone.
 
2.2 Mobility Learners The benefits provided by m learning include flexibility and accessibility in the learning activity. E learning that is done using personal computers is not the best because it has times set for learning and places. This is because personal computers are connected to different parts such as speakers, monitors and CPU’s. The do not have wireless learning devices that enables them to be connected to the internet. This means that an individual has to stay in one place all time in given time when there is internet and the times that learning takes place. Using mobile learning, an individual can learn anytime and anywhere. The common personal computers that connected to the landline connection to the internet have to remain there. Personal computers that do not move are too heavy to move easily (Hwang 2011). The learner has to operate in the same place and time that is given to them by the schools. M learning does not need the teacher too much like in the past lessons and hardware put in one place being protected by the schools administration. M learning is easy to work with in different conditions and easy to use in learning. M learning will allow you to learn in any way you want to. It is good because it make you do your tasks successfully without wasting your time or energy and making the speed of getting good results faster. It would be very good for designers if they were able understand how students can use m learning. The problem is that instead of learning from how others can use m learning, they learn from their own problems of learning. Mobile learning will make you learn about your community better and yourself better because for you to learn you have to collaborate with community and yourself. When the learner uses M learning tools, they feel that what they learn is theirs because they take part in activities involving people.  Mobile gadgets enable them to do this. Designers and teachers should study students and know what they want in these days when there is wireless communication and connection. The devices used for teaching should be made so that they give learners special attention instead of the teachers or technology (Hwang, 2011). When they are made like that, students will have a lot of opportunities they can use in different places at different times. The student can make data in the gadgets to be a lot or just a little. When they do this, they enjoy independence and freedom through m learning. 2.3 Mobility of Learning Those who make mobile learning are involved in the growth and testing to see how the cellular devices can teach learners. They are good because they can use wireless communication and can be carried everywhere but there are even more reasons. Learners who learn with m learning can learn right where they are (Hwang, 2011). There was an M Learn meeting in 2004 on mobile learning they said that they are willing to make learning available all the time and in all places. Those who presented their ideas at the conference wanted reasons for m learning to be  explained more and to be introduced. They wanted the m learning to get help in making the devices better.
