Pandemics disrupt the consumer habits of buying and selling products, as they try to cope with the mandates set by the government. This leads to consumers developing new behaviors. In the past the consumer would go the shopping mall to buy the products they require, of late with the rise of covid pandemic the consumers have to order products online and get the products delivered home this is a new habit in consumer behavior. This leaves us with the question of weather the consumer will permanently leave their old ways of consuming or will remain the same even when pandemic is over.
