Self-reflection results in self-awareness. As a leader, I enhanced my strengths as I worked corporately with others since I observed that they have something that I lack. Emotional self-awareness enabled me to understand and appreciate different situations such as fear, anger and frustration which might impede performance, thus managing such situations.
Through leadership, I was able to influence other organization employees positively towards the realization of organizational goals. As a leader, I was assigned a project on managing rural savings and strengthening of a Financial Services Association (FSA) within my organization.
