For McDonald to be successful in the process of recruiting new workers in their restaurants around the world, the following should be taken care of:
Firstly, since it is the largest chain of the first-food restaurant in the world, McDonald should employ innovative techniques during recruiting process. They should avoid posting adverts for jobs in traditional ways that are used by every employer; instead, HR team should think of launching a competition of finding one-invitation of candidates to hand in, for instance, a video showing their master chef-techniques in place of CVs. Moreover, they should design an effective recruitment plan. Having such a plan will surely help in getting best workers on board. Many chefs and servers know other great folks who would fit greatly in McDonald.
