Introduction
The Law Council of Australia has over a period of time endorsed parity before the law for homeless persons, people with disability, prisoners and detainees, people experiencing monetary disadvantage, LGBTI people, children and young people and individuals experiencing family violence. The Justice Project in Australia seeks to minimize the justice barriers that often face the disadvantaged people. According to Michelle and Thalia Antony, reading as well as participating in jurisprudential deliberations largely contributes to a clear understanding of the law and equally provides individuals with an opportunity to acquire necessary tools to be involved in criticism of issues related to legal systems and law. Family violence has been a major issue in Australian society. Indeed, an immense majority of most family violence issues are perpetrated against female often by men. A detailed analysis of people experiencing family violence based on legal theories precisely on natural laws will largely help communicate sufficient information that promotes understanding and encourages involvement on legal issues that would help to reduce cases of unfairness.
