Introduction
Terrorism is a global menace that does not spare boundaries, religion, nationality, or age group. According to Eubank and Weinberg, (2005) terrorism has been depicted differently as both a strategy and procedure; a wrongdoing and a blessed obligation; a legitimized response to abuse and an indefensible cursed thing. Clearly, a great deal relies on upon whose perspective is being spoken to.
What the international community is doing to combat terrorism in the world
Terrorism has regularly been a compelling strategy for the weaker side in a contention. As a deviated type of contention, it meets coercive force with significant portions of the upsides of military power at a small amount of the expense. Because of the cryptic nature and little size of terrorist associations, they regularly offer adversaries no reasonable connection to guard against or to hinder (Terrorism Research, 2015).
Despite the efforts of this bloody group to destroy the world, international communities have come up with various strategies to combat this inhuman act, with the help of NATO, the international communities have resorted to promoting security to any significant events that are prone to attract terrorist interests (NATO, 2015). Every nation that has been hit by terrorist once or twice they are beefing and ensuring it has the best security machinery.  
United Nations have come together to support countries that are hotbeds of terrorism in terms providing troops to bring peace. A good example is Amisom in Somalia whose role is to take every single vital measure, as suitable, and as a team with the Somalia National Defense and Public Safety Institutions, to diminish the danger postured by Al-Shabaab and other equipped restriction bunches (AMISOM, 2006).
The international communities are ensuring that they change the way youths think and teach them more about radicalization. Constructive sanctions have been which are usually comprised in supplying people with formerly nonexistent or even unattainable options increasing his / her utility. The possibility costs concerning remaining or transforming into a terrorist tend to be raised because other sought after possibilities have become available (Frey, 2006). Numerous approaches tend to be possible.
The communities have resorted to investing enormous resources in fighting terrorism. They have majorly concentrated in areas like trade and drugs. Other areas that they have invested in include political, diplomatic, ideological, economic and information. There has an expansion of military in countries that are affected by terrorism like Russia via combined forces.
