The human resource management concepts play an essential role in ensuring that the company is able to achieve its goals and objectives. A strategic approach will be important in managing the employee’s issues in order to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively. In order to achieve the competitive advantage, proper utilization of both the tangible and intangible resources is necessary. The human resource concepts also play an essential role in maximizing the organizational performance (McMahan, 2011). Polices and programs will also be established for the purposes of ensuring that the company is able to deliver effective services to the customers. The human resource management also plays various functions within the organization.
The process of resourcing people will be fully dependant on the human resource management concepts. The recruitment and selection process will be carried out in the company through the use of the human resource management concepts. The organizational design and development is also dependant on the concepts of human resource management concepts. The operations of the employees will be dependant on the guidelines that will be put in place by the human resource management department. The motivation of the workforce will also be dependant on the policies that will be put in place by the human resource management department. On the other hand, it is also important to ensure that the concepts of human resource management are well handled in order to ensure that the performance of the organization is enhanced (Becker, 2011).
The human resource management concepts also play an essential role in ensuring that the organization is able to develop the knowledge and skills of the employees (Lengnick-Hall, 2011). The management of the people within the organization is also dependant on the measures that have been put in place by the organization. It is also important to note that the organization will undergo different stages of development. The human resource management concepts will be required for the purposes of ensuring that each of the developmental stage is able to achieve its goals and objectives. Innovations within the organization will also be required for the purposes of ensuring that the customers are satisfied. This is considering that the operations at the company will be unique.
The organization has to use the concepts of human resource management in order to promote innovations (Armstrong, 2011). The business plan prepared is meant for the purposes of making estimates as well as developing the prospects of the organization. According to the business plan, the number of internal tourists was on the rise in 2009 and it was estimated at 84 million. This will play an important role in the organization in terms of ensuring that it has a wide customer base. The business is also expected to meet low levels of competition due to the lack of similar business in the country. The idea of the business is unique and hence its high chances of success as outlined in the business plan. My role in the business plan is to come up with ideas regarding the human resource management concepts.

The human resource planning will involve the process of identifying the current and future needs of the company as required in the business plan. The concepts of human resource planning will be aligned to the overall strategic plans of the organization. On the other hand, it is also important to note that the organizational strategies are dependant on the human resource management concepts. This is because the tasks need to be performed by the employees who must be trained. The workforce planning is one of the concepts of human resource management that will be put in place during the planning process. Workforce planning is important for an organization in terms of ensuring that it has enough number of employees.
The workforce planning for the organization will be carried out during all the stages of development in order to support the business plan. The number of employees required by the organization will be planned in advance. This is after a proper scrutiny of the tasks that will be performed. The correct number of employees must be known for the purposes of enabling the organization to allocate adequate resources for the process. The labor demand and supply will be determined during the process in order to ensure that the company is able to meet its goals and objectives in terms of the workforce. The planning process can also be used for the purposes of creating the brand image of the company (Kerzner, 2012). This will be important in terms of ensuring that the company gains competitive advantage. On the other hand, it is also important to note that the business will be unique and it will require a good brand image.
The best practice model will be used by the company in order to ensure that the company gains competitive advantage. According to the model, it is important to ensure that want needs to be accomplished is clearly defined and the resources that is need is also defined clearly. The competency based management concepts will also be used for the purposes of ensuring that the tasks of the organization are performed in an effective manner. The vision and mission of the company will also be developed by the human resource manager. The vision and mission of the company will be designed in accordance with the needs of the business plan.
The capacity that is required to achieve the mission and vision of the company will also be developed during the process. This is for the purposes of ensuring that the company is able to meet its goals and objectives and ensure that the demands of the customers are met within the allocated budgets. In order to ensure that the organization is able to carry out its duties effectively, monitoring process must be put in place (Deshpande, 2014). This will play an essential role in guiding the employees in order to ensure that they perform their duties effectively. On the other hand, it is also important to note that the human resource planning will ensure that any competency gaps are closed. Closing the gaps will also play an essential role in ensuring that the employees are able to perform their duties effectively and deliver the required results.
The forecasting models will also be used for the purposes of ensuring that the organization is able to achieve its goals and objectives with regards to the Human resource management planning. The process of human resource management planning should be carried out in stages in order to ensure that it is effective (Belcourt, 2010). The implementation of the development competency profile will also be carried out in the initial stage in order to ensure that the employees fully understand their roles and responsibilities. The process is important in enabling the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. On the other hand, it is also important to note that the implementation process will be carried out by the human resource management department. The success stories will be communicated to the employees in order to ensure that they are motivated. This will also be useful in terms of measuring the efficiency of the human resource management plans. The presence of an effective communication process within the organization is important in enabling the organization to achieve its goals and objectives (Boudreau, 2013).
The final stage will involve the training of the managers and the employees in order to equip them with the knowledge and skills that is required when performing their duties. Resources will be allocated to this process as outlined in the business plan in order to ensure that all the employees are well trained. Training with regards to customer care will also be conducted so as to enable the employees to satisfy all the customers. This is considering that the company will be expecting a high number of customers according to the estimates in the business plan. The company will also ensure that the training of the managers and employees are done on a continuous basis. The continuous training of the employees is important in ensuring that they are able to deal with any emerging challenges.
Continuous monitoring of the performance of the employees will also be carried out. This will be for the purposes of ensuring that the performance of the employees meets the required standards. The continuous monitoring tools also include the performance appraisal which has to be carried out in order to determine the performance of the employees (Zhao, 2012). The continuous monitoring will also play an important role in ensuring that continuous improvement is achieved. Systems will also be put in place for the purposes of ensuring that the continuous improvement is carried out. The review of the human resource management policies will also be conducted on a continuous basis in order to ensure that the organization meets its goals and objectives. The concept of improvements is key to achieving the human resource management issues.
