More than two-thirds of companies believe that adopting a four-day work week will be vital for future business success, according to new study from Henley Business School. Researchers revisited the topic of work flexibility and the four-day workweek in November 2021, following the release of a white paper titled "Four Better or Four Worse," which examined views about flexible work and the four-day workweek.
