The Leaders' Characteristics and Significance in Improving a Personal Career (Essay Sample)
The professor tasked an MBA student to conduct interviews with two corporate leaders and then write reflections. The discussions focused on the interviewees’ characteristics and significance in improving a personal career. Interview with Two Leaders
My interviews with Ms. Thatcha, the Chief Finance Officer at Blue Notes Organization, and Mr. Madsen, the Chief Operations Manager at Corus Entertainment Company, were insightful. They allowed me to identify and appreciate the uniqueness of these two leaders and their companies. These interviews help to describe the personality traits of the interviewees as well as the factors that assist in yielding effective leadership.
