Leadership describes the ability to influence people to respond in a particular manner to different situations. In the military, a person serving in a leadership position should be capable of commanding the rest in accomplishing different missions. Strengths of my Teacher

A competent teacher is a person who envisages the requirement of students at an advanced stage prior to the offering guidance to students. In the case of my professor, he possess good communication skills that enables him to facilitate coordination with other members of the institution during mission (Wade 2). The same is evident with President Obama who shows confidence in his actions when pursuing an agenda meant to improve the wellbeing of Americans. Another attribute that manifests in the actions of the two leaders is that both are capable of inspiring their teams. For instance, the President guides his party associates in undertaking ventures that they would have resisted had the leader not instructed them to do so. On the part of my professor, the teacher communicates with students and other teachers in ensuring the accomplishment of institutions goal. Both show respect to the authority instead of exuding fear when confronted with uncertainties.
Strengths of a Teacher and the President Using a Cadet’s Perspective
The first requirement is that the character of the teacher entails being able to conform to the required standards of achievement. Henceforth, in the case of Obama and the professor being able to bring people together is commendable. Aside from coming from different backgrounds, the leaders have good oratory skills. An example of a case is my professor convincing the class to adjust programs in line with the expectation of the administration. Without the skill, it could have proved difficult for a professor accomplishing his goals. For instance, he envisage lack of motivation as the problem affecting the class.
