Passenger David Dao was reportedly removed from United Airlines' overbooked flight on April 9, 2017. Airlines are permitted to ask passengers to leave a flight if it is overbooked. International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior (2019).] [Teck, Tan Seng, Selvamalar Ayadurai, William Chua, Tan Peng Liang, and Shahryar Sorooshian. When the aircraft lands, the individual or group facing the ethical dilemma might provide Dr Dao with a seat so that he can take up the problem with the airline's headquarters. The airlines, not the person who booked the reservation, are to blame for overbooking. Inflicting bodily injury on another individual has no place in society. If the employee
