Web sites and online space is highly used to meet the user and potential clients (Auker, 2013). The main objective is to produce high-quality content to the users. The main tools used are the media space and social networks which include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ among others. The growing technological changes are forcing the business to adopt new measures to match up the new global changes. The article emphasizes on business making aggressive utilization of the social media optimization. With over 2.73 billion people having active Facebook accounts and over 1.1 billion having Twitter accounts, the marketing space is changing very fast towards the new technological approach (Dutta, 2014). Introduction Marketing is a very crucial part of any business which ensures that there is increase in the level of revenues of the company. The primary objectives of marketing are to make sure that there is commodity promotion, the creation of awareness, education about a given product, and increasing the level of sales (Dutta). Accounting is the act of monitoring financial position of an institution based on the financial statements recorded regularly. Therefore, the accounting department should work closely with the marketing team to monitor the trends and efficiency of the promotions formulated by the marketing team. Social media marketing is the new trend in the marketing space utilizing the innovation. It is a very fast and efficient means of reaching a vast number of clients at minimal costs. The article is very clear and relevant to the current marketing strategies. General Analysis Social media marketing is utilized by the current marketing teams and departments in the organization in ensuring that there is extensive coverage. The SMM helps create a very interactive parts and links through the media space (Auker). The information provided in the social space can be informed of short videos, the demonstration about a commodity, pictures, clear graphics as well as three dimension graphics. Social media marketing, through the use of the market space, helps wider coverage since all the people with social media connection can easily get the current updates sampling through page likes and following the brand's posts.
