Before promoting an idea or an innovation meant to benefit the company, there is need to learn how to strike a balance between creative enthusiasm and realistic analysis of the actual aspect on the ground. As the manager of a company, the process of developing a trial idea and managing it is slightly different from a person doing it from the outside. It works for the benefit of one’s company and, therefore, one should initiate the necessary idea managing systems in place. Whatever the decision made, a manager must make sure that the company’s interest to benefit the company.
