The aspect of career development involves a sequence of actions or a lifelong progression of developing one’s career. Career development is usually referred to the action of administering one’s career in an intra-organizational situation. The development comprise training on a new skills, action of moving to higher work responsibilities, moving to other diverse organizations and making a career change witting the same organization. The aspect of career growth is usually associated to the objectives and goals that are set by a person because it normally starts with self-actualization and also self-assessment of one’s capabilities and the interests. The resultant interests are then coordinated with the accessible options that individual requires to train himself or herself so as to acquire the skills that are needed for the career path chosen by him or her because after obtaining the preferred competency and skills, he or she has to execute so as to attain the targets and goals set by an individual.
My career involves human resource management. Human resource department is one of the organization departments that typically use the aspect of career development plan. Human resource department supports diverse activities such as ascertaining probable employees, maintaining comprehensive records on present workers and developing programs so as to improve workers’ skills and talents. Human resource department systems assist top management so as to determine the manpower necessities to meet the society’s long-term organization plans and premeditated goals and objectives. The middle managers use Human resource department to analyze and monitor the allocation, compensation and recruitment of workers. The operational managers use human resource department so as to track the placement and recruitment of the employees and help in practices like compensation programs, workforce planning, staffing, pay budgets, employee relations and salary forecasts. I have been working with the HR department as an assistant. I work very hard in this particular department for quite some time where I was in charge of training and also deliberating some effort so as to enable employees learn their job-related capabilities such as knowledge and skills that are critical for the successful job performance because this allows the company employees to exchange some of the valuable data and information’s with greater easiness and deprived of the needing paperwork through the provision of a single location for announcements company policies and external web links. This place is deliberated to be centralized and easily accessible from everywhere within the enterprise.
Human resource management is a career that has diversified places where I can work at and when I become bored easily with this major I can work in any organization. The career has diversified options where I have the capability of working in any particular organization because all the organizations in the world contain the HR department which is an area of administrative focus dealing with organization workers. HRM is the authority of organization workers that is comprised of the policies, practices, and the systems that usually affect the workers performance, behavior, and the attitude. Human resource management is the evident success aspect of any organization.

I like my career because the employees who are recruited through the HR department usually provide the company with a platform and they are determinants of whether the company succeeds or the company fails to accomplish its set goals and objectives. Being an HR manager, I advocates to the team of management on how to tactically manage diverse employees’ as business assets that consist of the aspect of managing hiring workers and recruiting, organizing the employees remuneration or benefits and also suggesting training of workers and the development of strategies in the company. Human resource management department ensure that the company either succeed or the organization fail because it’s normally the employee workforce that carry on most of the work in an organization. The staff will ensure that the company production is upheld and the production capacity is maintained. If the organizational employees fail to work in accordance with the company needed prescribed policies and procedures, the organization will definitely fail to flourish and hence no production will be embraced and the company may fall down and closure will be the subject towards it.
This work is perfect for me because I consider myself as an organized person and my prior goal is often to see the organization being managed properly s as to attain its predetermined goals and the objectives. My career developments plans have equipped me with diverse necessary skills and knowledge that have assisted me embrace the aspect organizational productivity since being an organized manager in the company will provide a clear platform to all the employees in the organization. In the next five years I want to have developed a lot of skills that are fully necessary to be promoted to be the organization chief executive officer. The required skills will assist me in carrying out my work perfectly because of the great understanding and great pleasure that I have in working in a particular organization. The market demand for human resource management specialists is very high here in Qatar that made me chose this particular career. Individuals with higher qualifications are being hired regularly because the aspect of HRM is vital to every organization since they act as the backbone of the company operations. HR departments usually hire and monitor all the employees production in relation to the organization needs so as to ensure that the organization embraces its production and improvement of shareholder’s equity.
Speaking more than one language that is English and Arabic has embraced my HRM career because of the capability that I can converse with diverse people in the organization. Diverse organizations in the country have several language speaking employees who have to understand one another during work so as to create the aspect of teamwork and hence increase the organization production. Language form one of the vital aspect in the heart of an organization, made a person in charge of human resource management department, learning multiple languages is important because this aspect usually assist in communication. Proper communication is one of my skills that I currently held and this has assisted me in my day to day work force. These skills were required for this chosen job because proper communication skills are important in organization communication for effective and efficient production. My current skills and knowledge are in line with my current position because I consider myself being in the limelight of ensuring that the organization remains very much productive and ensuring that the organization hires qualified employees who will assist the organization embraces productivity. What I want to achieve in the next twelve months is that I aim to improve my skills to a higher level that I will employ to the organization to make sure that its production is maintained at a maximum level because an organization performance is usually measured using diverse indicators that guarantee the continuity of the organization so as to be competitive in the whole market.
