That involves the pumps, valves and the pipes which are used to convey water to farms for irrigation, to drainage systems, and to the homes. According to Raul, the efficiency of water as a resource has become one of the bases for his firm, realizing up to 20% of its equity in the public strategy.
In Asia new infrastructure need to be put in place so as to supply clean water o the cities where nearly 23% of the wealthy individuals live. Everbright an investment firm in China is currently managing the wastewater and treating it (Abkowitz). The firm has become the favorite among the wealthy who needs the waste water to be carried away from their premises. Due to the rise in the water treatment opportunity, other firms are entering the emerging water treatment market. In the US, the investment in the pipe technology has been revived. Pure Technologies, an investment firm in the pipe technology has come up with a sound wave that detects leakages. The firm is reaping benefits from the scarce resource technology.
