From the Marxist perspective, the killing of Caruana Galizia reveals that in a capitalist economy, the ruling class controls the working class. Caruana was known for her persistence in investigating corruption scandals and investing top politicians for the same (BBC 1). After having published a controversial post against the Malta Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, she was bombed abode her car.
