In understanding currency fluctuations, the cause of the variations must come in. Exchange rate fluctuations mainly occur due to the forces of demand and supply impacting the purchasing power of consumers. There are key factors that affect the laws of supply and demand including fiscal strategy, duty of inflation, and opinionated and financially viable settings. The largest part common of all and the main cause is the speed of price increase. A state's price increase constrains its interest charge, and eventually this affects the flow of capital in and out of the country. The central bank usually controls increasing inflation rates by raising the interest rates which further affects the amounts of money coming into the country enhance the demand for the country's currency. Having a high currency value lowers the cost of imported goods increasing the purchasing power of the citizens of that country.
