It is an undeniable truth that indeed Barack Hussein Obama has changed the world. Accordingly, Obama's election as the 44th president of the United States spurred jubilance around the world while at the same time restoring United States' moral leadership as a country of hope and opportunity. Moreover, Obama championed for peace since his election ending the practice of torture and by fighting terrorism. Obama is also famous for signing various treaties with other nations bringing global unity. Obama has also made several efforts to save the world from the adverse effects of climatic change and air pollution. This paper looks into the impact Obama has in the United States and the world as a whole.

Obama's achievements are evident in the efforts he puts to see the development of his country and the world as a whole. Obama earned success in utilizing military diplomacy to bring assurance of a safer world in future. Obama has also made impacts in the healthcare industry bearing in mind both the United States citizens and individuals from other nations living in the United States (Glastris, Cooper & Hu 45). Obama pushed for and signed the Affordable Health Care Act that now enables over 30 million more individuals to have access to health insurance.
