Good versus Evil Discussion: The Man Evil Man Chigurh (Essay Sample)

Instructions:

Any interactions that Chigurh has with anyone is a powerful one. They call him a ghost, but I don't see him that way, I see him without fear of death. He may be "wrong" but in him mind, he's only doing what is right. He's a self contained man. A quote I read: Chigurh is not a violent man, he "is" violence.
I've attached all the instructions and an outline for the main character paper. I really like the character Chigurh because I think he's the most interesting. I also like the women because although they are supporting characters they have a purity about them and they are committed and true to themselves. I've never really written papers so this is more of an anxiety for me than an impossibility.
I appreciate all your help and let me know if you have any questions.
I'm trying to write my paper regarding No Country for Old Men, it just needs to be 850 words. I'm writing it about Chigurh (evil character) and I have the required notes and data, I'm just struggling with the construction of the essay.

The Man Evil Man Chigurh
In the novel “No Country for Old Men” we have the character Chigurh who is the main antagonist in the novel even though he never had that chance of sharing a scene with the main protagonist who was Ed Tom Bell. We can see from the novel that Chigurh is an evil man who uses the captive Bolt Pistol to kill people and in the novel it is stating that he uses the pistol to make hole in the skulls of human beings besides opening the door locks. He has another Semi-automatic shotgun that he used to kill a gang of Mexicans that were supposed to kill Chigurh’s target Moss. He is a person with a great deal of endurance whereby he can withstand the pain from a ricochet gun. He can also withstand the pain from a broken arm. In the midst of good versus evil, who will prevail? Who will emerge from the complexity of this world of human decay? Chigurh undoubtedly is an evil man but he is to the core, a truthful man, he is convicted in what he deems to be righteous, and he is relentless in his pursuits.
Chigurh is an honest and a truthful man as we can see this from the encounter he had with Carson Well. Carson Wells was sent to retrieve the same bag that Chigurh had been sent to retrieve. Chigurh decided to kill Wells because he was trying to make a deal with Moss without his knowledge. He believes that Wells is not a good person since he is not straight forward. He does not like the dishonesty of Wells. When he retrieves the money from where Moss had hidden the money, takes it back to his employers. When we compare his character to the one of Llewelyn Moss, we discover that Chigurh is honest while Moss was dishonest. He lied to Chigurh that the money he had taken was in the room next to his but in real sense the money was not there but in the vents. When we look at character of Carlar jean, we can clearly see that she is not an honest character. When the novel begins, she appears as a naïve woman that does not understand much. When the novel continues she changes her character to indicate that she was not naïve after all.
Chigurh is convicted in what he deems to be the correct path. He believes that murdering the people who are doing what is wrong is the best way. He believes that death is the only way that people who are not straight should go. We take a count of more than twenty people he killed because he thought they were not on the right track according to him. He also has principles that guide him whereby, he does not allow people to tell lies to other people and they should remain honest. He was also decides the fate of people through the flipping of the coin so that he can either kill or not kill. When he tosses a coin that means that an individual has to decide his fate to either die or live depending with the side of the coin that he chooses. We can see this when he decides to ask Jean Moss to choose her fate after retrieving the satchel from where Moss was hiding it.
We can see that Chigurh is Relentless in his pursuits of what he wants. We can clearly see this character when he decides to pursue Llewelyn and the money. Moss had taken the money that was not belonging to him and he was even endangering the family members. Chigurh made the pursuit from the hotel to the house until he was able to find the money. He ...
