George Washington
George Washington, the first President of United States and one of the founding fathers of the nation. George Washington was born on February 22, 1732 and became President of United states in the year, 1789. During the American Revolutionary War, he was the commander of the continental army. It is evident that he is a big person with much to tell.
Questions I will ask George Washington
Given an opportunity to have dinner with him, I would ask umpteen questions and look forward to learn a lot for there is always a story behind every successful person. I would ask him of his doubts and worries since at one point in life one gets scared and each person has doubts.
Having being the commander of the continental army he must have known that the soldiers stayed at Valley Forge during the war. I would ask him whether this was a turning point for his army. I would also like to know if the stay over there was to make the soldiers fight even more in order for them to go back to their homes and warm themselves all over again. I would also love to know if George Washington had fears of crossing Delaware and in case there were fears what could they be.
What I hope to learn
George Washington has got a reputation of being a servant to his people who was really humble. For a person with the position he held, being a humble servant is very difficult...
