The world has gradually evolved from the ancient days when traditional methods were used in place of the technology in form of scientific knowledge that we apply today. Nevertheless, the embracing of technology is more harmful than it is good.
Technology and its products should ideally be used only as forums for applying knowledge and for transmission but its use could be more harmful than good to its users.
