1) Disgust, repugnance, shame and guilt are examples of emotional reactions to behavior. These emotions often enter our awareness before we reason to whether we should have these emotions. Actions and characteristics associated with these feelings are felt to be wrong or bad prior to reason. Emotivism follows that moral judgment is a post hoc construction to explain or justify these feelings. Do you agree with this model that moral judgment is generally the result of quick, automatic evaluations (intuitions) rather than judgment based on analysis through reason?

Zugzwang is a situation that arises when somebody requires making a choice, and both of the outcomes are unfavorable. The concept is also known as an unwinnable scenario. The scenario puts the person in an unavoidable situation to choose between two alternatives although the person is sure that the outcome will be unfavorable. This work covers the circumstances that may lead to an unwinnable scenario and how they can be solved.
The first circumstance that may lead to an unwinnable scenario is the variation in education level. As people learn new concepts, their perception about a given scenario also changes; a literate person has a different reasoning than an illiterate individual. The difference in reasoning occurs due to a continued knowledge that one receives through learning new ideas. The variation in knowledge about a given idea will lead to different opinions in given situations, which will lead to an unwinnable scenario. One way of solving the problem is through considering the opinions of other people. A leader should consider the ideas of other people intuitively before making a choice. The consideration should cover the circumstances that led to their outcome after which the leader should make the right decision from the knowledge gathered.
Another circumstance that may lead unwinnable situation is the variation in people’s belief in different concepts. People have various values and beliefs rooted in their mind. Thus the beliefs will influence their judgment in given situations. If a person has a strong belief about a given circumstance, then such an individual will stick to his or her perception irrespective of the choice to be made. The problem needs courage to be solved. A person should be bold enough to deviate from the set beliefs. Making a choice needs considering the available options and giving them a priority before choosing the better option. In setting the priorities, the person should be independent and should not let his or her perception influence the decision to be made.
Finally, an unwinnable scenario will occur if a person responsible for making choices in a group feels that everybody has the same perception of a given issue. The person will assume that other members of the group think the same way about the subject. Hence, there is no need to waste time in consulting them. The perception may influence the choice to be made because the viewpoint of other individuals will not be considered (Rauterberg, Gabriel, and Eric, 1077). Solving the issue requires considering...
