Exploring the Completing Values and Principles on Whether Abortion is Ethical.
Abortion is a highly debated and controversial topic, with many individuals having strong opinions on whether or not is abortion morally acceptable. While one side says that abortion can be ethical in some situations the opposing side argues that abortion can never be ethical in any situation regardless. In this essay, we will try to see both the viewpoints of the two sides and discuss when, if ever, abortion can be considered ethical.
To start with, it’s crucial we know what the word ‘’ethical’ means. It’s considered in Lames man definition as following accepted rules or the question of wrong or right( Merriam Webster). When talking about something being ethical, we are asking whether it is morally right or wrong. Ethics, however, are not always clear-cut and can be influenced by culture, and social and personal beliefs. The idea that life begins at conception is a common belief for those who contend that abortion is never morally acceptable. They believe that abortion is immoral because it ends the life of an innocent person. Even early-term abortions are viewed as immoral from this viewpoint. Most of these people may tend to find the act of abortion as a big taboo and something any pregnant lady should not consider
