It is very important for any business organization to have a good culture. A marketing culture involves the behavior of employees in creating a good image of an organization, their desire to meet customer requirements and needs and also to have proper communication with their superiors. The behaviors of employees are very important for developing a proper business plan and working towards customer satisfaction.
Employees are the representatives of an organization in terms of working towards achieving the goals of the company and working towards customer services without dispute. An organization should have the practices of attending to their clients’ complaints, compensating them where necessary, providing better services and the room to accept changes which may arise at any time. In doing this, the employees should be on the forefront and should act as ambassadors of the organization. Employees should be committed much to the organization and be loyal. This will make them provide better services to the clients and there henceforth will lead to more sales by the company. Organizations where the employees represent them well will have few or no customer complaints and this will lead to more sales as a result of the good image. This is very important as the organization will make more profits and it would be valued highly by their clients in different places.
Different organizations try to work hard towards developing a good marketing culture. An organization may do this offering proper education to its employees on why it is necessary to be customer oriented and creation of a good image. A major reason why employees don’t put much effort is lack of recognition. The management should therefore reward top performers as this will also encourage the others. The organization should also try to adopt modern technology as it leads high quality output and ease of getting to clients in terms of communication.
