Starbucks External and Internal Environments
In business, there are a variety of events and circumstances that might impact how a company works, either positively or negatively. These occurrences or conditions are referred to as environment variables. There are two types: internal environmental elements within the organization and external environmental factors that occur outside the organization (Khan, 1). This study will look at Starbucks' external and internal settings. The paper will be divided into several sections that will cover two different types of Starbucks general environments, two of the five competitive forces, potential improvements, Starbucks' biggest external threats, Starbucks' greatest opportunities, Starbucks' weaknesses and strengths, and finally, Starbucks' resources, abilities, and key competencies.
