Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs
Abraham was a prominent scholar in the field of psychology and from a well research study he founded the theory of motivation based on human needs
He categorized human needs into five levels
1 Psychological/ basic needs: these are needs that are important in sustaining human life; they include: food, shelter, and clothing.
2 Security needs this is the need to be free from any physical danger they can include; job security, fear of losing property
3 Belonging need: need to belong / to be loved and accepted by others
4 Esteem: according to Maslow people tend to regard esteem and status in high levels and positions in the society
