Education theories are humanistic development agenda. When one attains education, they are expected to change both in their characters and future aspects of life. The principles that communities hold dear are those that will increase the development of cognitive skills of a student. The student can then find their ways of helping the society. Learning becomes a commitment to the students and the teachers. It becomes a socioeconomic process that develops the entire community and improves the creativity for economic gains (Gonzalez, 4). The development, when complete, is considered holistic in human life. In their view, the guiding principles that make education relevant are pedagogy and sociocultural principles.
Some benefits like employment follow attainment of education. Focus increases as people are seeking for more chances in their school sectors. These are different between boys and girls (Foundation of Education, 310). In school, some gender has been rated to be better in some areas of learning. An example is technical subjects where most of the boys have the advantage to achieve more like mathematics. Such beliefs cause anxiety in women. For development, the curriculum should be designed in a holistic manner to ensure that students get equal opportunities in the society (Gonzalez, 6). In similar concerns, cultures should make one adapt faster to learning for better results. In diverse cultures, the home and family will be significant in creating the environment and requirements for development.

Implementing education theories in a school setting has challenges because of the changing world. Culture and technology are changing rapidly. To ensure implementation of learning principles benefit the students, the social set up of the society should wholly play their roles (Sociology of Education, 10). Different people come together to complete the needs of education; parents, teachers, taxpayers and students. In the sociology of teaching, teachers have their roles to be in schools and commit to delivery of learning concepts to the students (Sociology of Education, 3). Most trained teachers are in classes or involved in policy development for schools. Their delivery of concepts covers different subject areas and disciplines.
Taxpayers finance schools to pay for the needs of the school, salaries of teachers and tutors to ensure students keep learning. These revenues come from three areas; local, state and the federal government. The distribution will depend on the incomes and demographics of people in different areas. For the parents, their concern towards school will is by showing commitment and being role models for their children. All these people create a learning environment that fulfills the needs of education. After establishing all these, the students have the opportunity to learn.
Factors outlined here affect the quality of teaching. In a school setting, the teacher must deliver the quality as per the needs of the curriculum and expectations of the society. For teachers to provide holistic service, they are to abandon lectures and focus on the experimental type of education. The innovative model makes students gain advanced experience. Changes in the current world with technology and information dissemination should also be integrated into the school system (Sociology of Education, 10). For the future, teachers will need to handle a smaller number to make the students benefit from them. The changes that the system might go through will require the teachers to handle smaller numbers for an efficiency of delivery. Future changes in early child education, paperless education, computing in schools will need extra time and commitment of teachers (Sociology of Education, 10).
