Holistic Literature Review

Most UAEU students have the feeling as though they have too much to do without having enough time. With elements such as procrastination and wasting time on activities that aren’t a priority most students find themselves stressed. According to Maajida Aafreen, et al (2018) the situation gets worse when school activities such as assignments have consequences such as missed deadlines and punishment in form of lower grades. Without proper time management students are finding themselves at the edge.
Maajida Aafreen, et al 2018 argues that most teachers or lecturers have a different teaching style that they employ depending on the subject and their understanding of educational needs. With each teacher employing a different style it becomes a complex battle for students as they try to switch from one style to another. It is not easy for a student to fit within a different teaching style cluster. The result is confusion and the end product is that most students end up being stressed.
Without a doubt, class requirement such as textbooks, writing materials, and other resources influences the stress level of any given student. Selvi (2020) argues that For a student who has the luxury to get all the class requirements his or her stress levels are very limited, unlike a student who lacks these class requirements. It is expected that a student who has all the class requirements his or her stress level is very low as compared to the student who has limited or lacks these requirements.
