Businesses have the ability to create goods and services for the benefit of the company and for sustainability purposes. Organizations diversify their production process as one way to create good and services within the organization (Johann, 2011). Another practice is through product differentiation and branding that creates variation in the products. Through such product differentiations, organizations are able to create goods and services for sale. The other methods are the normal production procedures that involve acquisition of the raw materials and processing them into finished goods for selling. My company varies its products and practices product differentiation. There is also a lot of marketing going on in the company topromote the company and its products. This kind of informationis helpful in giving ideas to my company on how to create goods and services within the company.
