The whitopia that Rich Benjamin describes came about as a result of white immigrants, increased populations that are at a range of a six percentage since the year two thousand and these white folks have an indescribable charm. This development came about as a result of the need to get away from racial protestations say in those that occurred in Los Angeles, the need to stay away from other races and illegal immigrants and social problems. These include: congested schools and the separatist idealism and conservatism amongst the white folks living in these Whitopias.
The factors aforementioned are reinforced by the American culture in the sense that the society despite the years of freedom it has had, it has not changed. Racism is still rampant seen with skin color being at its helm. This is noted by the adage that a black person at a dinner is a guest while a group of black people together is a ghetto.
