Those that had similar aspects or beliefs ended up forming and living in communities. Biema (2007, p. 102) argues that a community is a group of individuals that are bound by similar beliefs, values, practices and ancestry. They are found within a specific geographic location and share the same code of ethics. This essay mainly focuses on the Iraqi community. The Iraqi Community Iraqi community is of key interest because, professionally, one of its major needs is humanitarian needs due to the political nature and the war history of Iraq. It is also of interest since it has a unique dressing code, cuisine and language (Bassem 2016, p. 56). The Iraqi community is of importance as they offer both the society and individuals especially the youth essential inspiration to join the forces, study humanitarian courses such as medicine, psychology and teaching. Challenges facing this community are lack of resourceful professions in various fields to foster community development projects. The youth should been encouraged to study the courses and become inventive and helpful (Derbyshire2010, p. 78). This is because their society requires such people so that they can help the community grow and transform to a better society. Different communities have different needs thus people end up striving to satisfy their individual communal needs. Based on these challenges, the Iraqi community has several needs that should be prioritize because of their significance. One of these major needs is health (Menozzi & Piazza 2015, p. 76). The need and demand for health services is high and thus, many young people work and strive to work and offer health services. When a young person grows up in a specific community, he or she learns and realises that the community needs certain skills or consume certain goods. In turn that need creates a desire for people to venture in those areas of needs and provide goods and services to satisfy their people (Blazquez & Maria2006, p. 63).
