King was entitle to capital grant in form of land that is grand of land to give out. It was based in estate and hence originally funds. As conflicting to landed estate, capital consistently grosses the form of money that is as the capital of the usurer and merchant. According to Marx, a beginning point of capital is at the point where a commodity circulates. The ultimate result of commodities circulation is money. It is a daily activity where capital goes in form of money in different markets. Marx gives two distinctions of circulation: commodities converted into money then converted into commodities again (C-M-C) as a straight system of circulation and the M-C-M.
Marx observes the form of money exchange process that transpires in the actual circulation of commodities in exchange. Marx uses a process where he identifies and isolates the exchange process, the transition from the form of value to the expected exchange aspect of its actualization. C-M-C one sells commodities for the sole purpose of buying more and money is the intermediary (Marx 248). Nevertheless, there is also the other form of M-C-M where one buys for purpose of selling; in this type, money is capital. In the first part, money is transformed into a commodity and the later one commodity is transformed into money in conclusion money is replaced with money.
