Nevertheless, the time has come to change the old practice and start the new paradigm in the system, which could be a basis for new forms of self-expression in the students’ dress code. Through the eradication of standard policies in public schools, Kuwait Schools will therefore be members of creative practices and expression and as well students will be able to stand tall with their identity. Firstly, in addition to preventing students to express themselves freely and creatively, the uniform and organizational policy, as well, impose a suppressive pressure on the personalities of the students. With no boundaries, students will be able to dress as they like, and this will motivate them to channel their artistic tendencies through fashion. Through expressing herself freely each student can find her identity and enjoy his obvious fashionable dress that is far from the uniform check dress code. These opportunities are the ones that bring a community space to life where people’s differences are honored instead of being pushed away (Alhashem & Alhouti., 2020). Uniform policies are reformed fostering equality, fairness and belonging at the school. Uniforms are sometimes being used to reflect the social hierarchy that is based on the clothing which is branded or style, and this acts as a discrimination or bullying. Students can wear whatever they want, such distinctions become void and what students dress up with only determines their preference and style. According to (Baroody, 2020) the intention is to convey to the society that everyone is important the what they don and not their clothes; hence, a more tolerant and possible school. Besides, the disregard for the uniform policy can as well ease financial commitments for families. The cost of acquiring the schools uniform may become exorbitant at least to those families with many children. With the elimination of such condition by colleges, the financial burden on parents can be alleviated and all students can have equal opportunity to education not only if their economic condition is good. This will generate a more varied learning environment aimed at promoting equity where pupils can examine their studies without preceding them with the financial issue of spending for pricey uniforms. Another aspect is opening the door for students to dress freely as it helps them to get prepared for the realities of the modern word. Diversity and individuality are at the core of modern culture where they are appreciated and people accept themselves in their true format (Ismail, 2020).
