Introduction
Ankara is the capital city of turkey. It is a very good place where tourists from all over the World such as UK visit throughout the year. This place has very good Government buildings with commercial businesses and foreign embassies (Arthur, 1998). It is located centrally within Turkey and it acts as a place where people offer lively arts and cultural scenes. This report is prepared with the objective of determining the growth of tourists and also the potential of the place to offer job opportunities. It is also meant to determine the potential of this town to generate revenues from visitors (Yuki, 2002). Concerning the issue of destination management plan, it is important to develop ambitious vision so that we can meet the needs of local stakeholders so that it can be a more comfortable destination for tourists from different countries (Gaymer, 200). The visitation of more tourists in this place will make the place, a place of high employment opportunities and also attractive to more tourists. It is therefore important for all the stakeholders to work in harmony in order to develop a universal goal which can help achieve the missions of tourists.
Task 1
1.1Analyze issues currently driving change in the travel and tourism sector
Ordinarily, tourism is a large industry where each of is fragment operate individually (Parker, 2009). Each fragment executes its responsibilities without the influence or support of another one but they need to operate jointly because their differences affect the growth of each other. In consideration to Ankara, it is a lucky one since all the stakeholders and local authorities are able to work together to support tourism industry (Gaymer, 200). They work in unison to ensure that they attract tourists from different countries in order to make this place the best tourist destination in Turkey. This place has the potential to support increased number of visitors across the globe but there is still a chance to add value to effort of different stakeholders and to project the future needs of tourists such as building of more advanced infrastructure and other amenities which can support tourism (Parker, 2009). The roadmap is to have a five year plan but to ensure that responsibilities are allocated to different stakeholders to support future sustainable growth. The residents of Ankara receive direct benefits. The main direct benefit is the creation of job opportunities and high income generation to different businesses from tourists (Arthur, 1998). There are other indirect benefits which the local people of Ankara could receive from the growth of this town include entertainment programs and high connectivity with other towns. The following is the expected tourism growth target by 2020.
NB: 2020 is the year in which tourism industry will be very important for this destination as it will be able to reveal the importance of this town to the World.
Its projection is based on direct tourism disbursement and the creation of direct job opportunities to the local people (Gaymer, 200). The direct tourism disbursement is assumed that it will increase from £0.75billions to an estimate of £0.95billions. The growth of direct job opportunities for local people is also expected to grow at the growth rate of 450-500 annually between 2015 and 2020.

1.2 Analyze different current issues using appropriate methods and resources
Tourism is very important in economic growth by increasing revenues earned by different business organizations and this leads to introduction of a term ecotourism (Parker, 2009). It means the duties which are vested on tourists to visit different destinations responsibly. Usually there are some social implications of travel which most countries have never taken into consideration
Negative impact
Getting the right place for tourism is an ideal role of travelers but there are some minor errors which is likely to influence negative experience such as creating conflict with community members (Gaymer, 200). The likely cause of conflict is when the traveler is trying to hurt their culture which is able to increase the conflict into the future (Yuki, 2002). This is because this situation is able to influence revenge by local people thereby disrupting other operations.
Loss of culture
There is possibility of loss of cultural values of most tourists when there is change in proficiencies to draw the attention of visitors by valuing only their wants so as to increase the market share and increase earnings. To attract more visitors, tourists have to overlook their culture so as to attract more people (Parker, 2009). This involves alterations of the kind of their food, living styles and even clothing according to the expectations of visitors which make them have positive attitudes towards a given destination.
Positive Effect
There are some positive effects of tourism that may affect the community. Tourism is able to create job opportunities to local people (Abi, 2011). It is also able to increase the market for different products and services thereby increasing the sales revenues for different businesses. It is able to provide both direct and indirect job opportunities to local people and this makes the Government to receive additional revenues
