IntroductionIssues of intellectual capital and its impact on the organizational performance are widely investigated in the intellectual capital theory. It is easy to find analytical generalizable, results by studying the process of intellectual capital development and identifying the common patterns. The overall effect is that the researcher can identify the objective is to deepen our understanding of the phenomena. The research has significant ontology and epistemology assumptions (Dey, 2009, p. 63).The primary objective of the research is to include development of development records as a perspective and as a philosophy. For this study, a single interview was conducted. It began by explaining the confidentiality and the general purpose of the meeting. Data AnalysisThe researcher started data analysis by using coding. There was a systematic reviewing the interview form and then the sentences and paragraphs were broken down into distinct units of meaning. This required what events took place during the interview process. There was identification of chunks of data which was more of a general phenomenon. This facilitated the comparison of the narrative data with other narrative to identify the similarities and differences. Axial coding was adopted to assign the concepts that captured interrelationships. Orders of these concepts involved the process of abstraction onto the theoretical level of assignment. The abstracts obtained comprised of a number of more concrete examples that were found in the data. The attributes were then elaborated to dimension the characteristics of the assigned concepts. Finally, the data was subsumed into a core category using the selective coding. The selective coding was used to pull all the strands in order to offer an explanation of the behaviour under study (Charmaz, 2006, p. 231).
