Since this is a startup company, everything is going start from scratch; the company is going to rent facility that it will use before acquiring one of its own. Before renting a facility, the company had taken into consideration such as out sourcing products from existing companies, only to realize that this will inconvenience the company together with the customers as customer satisfaction will not be met with the changing trends in the market. So it is important for the company to have its production plant (Lone, 2015, p. 21).
Before renting any premise, the company will do a window shopping to see a variety of available facilities and their prices and do a comparison. The company will hire highly qualified personnel who will adhere to the set regulations by the company and also the set standards laid by the government and local authorities. A highly qualified team will be in charge of the inventory control to ensure that the products are at par throughout. The team will be discharged with duties of coming up with new products and was of maintaining as well as improving their standards as per the market trends. Distribution Methods
The distribution channel is a very useful component of the market mix elements. The most important part of the distribution channel is to find suitable ways in which products are made accessible to the market. It falls under managerial functions that need proper decision making. Production is done at a central place while consumers are scattered all over. Lucy’s Quench Quencher distribution channels will consist of regional intermediaries based in each county. The regional distributors will be required to re-stock targeted points of sales and which will include all sports-based merchandisers, sports venues, sports clubs, gymnasiums, and sports academies.
The points of sales or shops will be equipped with the latest supply chain tracking technologies to keep a constant stock of products and to ensure that each company’s product is available to loyal customers. However, supermarkets, malls, and another kind of hyper-stores such as leading fast-food chains will be supplied with the company’s products directly from the central facility upon request. Also, the company will partner with leading home delivery companies as well as e-commerce platforms to ensure that online shoppers can access the needed products.

Apart from the flagship products, the company will be producing other subsidiary drinks although not in large quantities. These drinks include;
Pretty Pink punch – a refreshing drink where one has to add a ginger ale before drinking it.
Lemon Ice Tea mix – mostly recommended to customers with large families, the high number of frequent visitors. This product will be packaged in an easy to peel packets and are ready for consumption. The company is expected to hit the industry and run because the products to be offered will be highly welcomed by the customers since they will be sugar-free products and will have taken into consideration the healthy lifestyle trends that are shaping up the market. The products will be naturally produced with no chemicals that endanger the lives of consumers (Clin, 2014, p. 14).

To achieve this fete, the company will have the responsibility of maintaining the position of the company as the most affordable beverage producer by painstakingly making sure that the costs are low by implementing operating efficiencies. The company will manage the situation by scrapping some services offered in traditional industry setups but attract additional charges. The company will utilize the services of one qualified care givers and fill the existing void (Clin, 2014, p. 19). A job analysis will require the availability of marketing experts at the organization during working hours, and then the company will only use road shows in other areas where competitors are not doing anything. Carrying out most of the business transactions through internet constitute other efficiencies. Clients will receive printouts containing all the valuable information they need.
