The problem and solution statements present fractional image of the study. The authors explain the subject under study, and a distinguished rationale for the research problem.

For this reason, the potentiality of accomplishing relevant solutions at the end of the study becomes difficult. The author should have presented more information on the topic and explain the ease of accomplishing the proposed solution.
The background information explains more of an individual experience, rather than the potentiality of Green Thumb Planting Company. It does not provide the information on the importance of the study, the existing problem, and the proposed solution. The author should have given more background information on Green Thumb Planting Company. There should also be information on what prompted the author to seek the solution.
The author uses a direct interview method with unspecified sample size. This suggests that they will wait until a client signs a contract with the company, and further wait for two months before collecting data from that client. This will delay the process and sometimes lead to biases, because clients sign contracts at different times and their number is not steady.
