According Spencer-Oatey, H., & Franklin, P. (2012) suggest that culture is the mode of integrating partner of belief, knowledge of human beings and through the characteristic of human behavior that depends on the level of transmitting and learning knowledge to the generation. Since different countries have their own and unique way of practicing their culture and also embracing it, at some point, some cultures can be shared among the people due to intermarriages, immigration thus adapting how other communities or country do their cultural activity. Algeria is a country in Africa located in the Northern part. It has its way of practicing and embracing its culture differently, differentiating it from any other community or country.
The name Algeria was formed from the oldest country's settlement and the modern capital, Algiers, located at the city port that aces the Middle East and Europe Christelow, A. (1987). The majority of its people are mixed Arabs and the Berbers tribe, found from the isolated southern mountains and desert regions. The people of Algeria practice more of the Berber culture; moreover, the native language that is spoken day today was formed by the Berbers. Since the French colonized the country, the second language has been spoken by most people in French. Furthermore, Algeria has a strong culture in Islamic Algeria language, culture customs, and etiquette.
Moreover, like any other country or community, the Algeria people have a distinctive culture that identifies them and makes them unique this includes a firm belief in the Muslim religion, the country is well-known for the handicrafts aspects his include pottery, glass intricately carpets that are designed and ceramic handicrafts, genre music that is known as the Rai that is characterized by tunes in poppy folk, also they have believed in removing shoes whenever entering a home mostly in places of worship. Furthermore, their women should dress modestly whenever they are in their rural surroundings. Also, it is their culture for families and friends to meet and exchange kisses on their cheeks. Moreover, religious men do not shake hands. The production of petroleum and oil has improved the economy of Algeria as one of the leading businesses in the country.
However, the cultural practice has well significant that creates a history of particular country or community even though of its goodness it has its negativity at the same time. Cultural practice creates differences since it hinders the development and transformation of other people to maintain and follow the values of culture. Due to solid believer in cultural practice, creates adverse consequences to the community here are some of the negative impacts caused by the cultural practice include lack of education, some of the cultural practices violate human rights, thus asking other people be slaves, early marriages for young girls, some of the ritual performed by different communities can be harmful and cause disaster to other people and also can create differences among the communities. This act makes it difficult for the country to be transformed since they have been possessed by a strong virtue, core value, and belief of their own culture. To stop this kind of harmful cultural practice, social norms should change, and also simultaneous reform that is legal should be needed.

Unlike Algeria's mode of practicing their culture, the Indian people have a different method of practicing their own culture. Indian culture has been growing over a thousand years with distinct and diverse cultures Welch, S. C. (1985). India is considered to be the founder of other major religions in the world this includes Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, and Jainism all of these are based on dharma and karma. Majorly the Indians belief in Buddhism this was first introduced in 2500years ago. Gautama Siddhartha emphasized that and later was given the title Buddha or awakened-one.
Furthermore, the Indian culture is based on clothes, language, festivals, religion, dance, music, art and architecture. Some of the cultures have been influenced by cultures that are foreign Indian custom and values Moreover, the system of prevailing is a culture in India where the family is joint this consist of children, parents, spouse or children and also the offspring. In addition, the elder male child is the head of the family.
According to India, Marriages are norms, especially the ones that have been arranged. During the marriage, the bride’s family is the one who pays or brings out the dowry to the groom. Additionally, Indian culture has different festivals due to separate religions and cultures some of the celebrations include Navratri, Shivratri and Ganesh.
