The managers (my employees) show good excellent traits on setting goals, communication and making time for their employees but still they have to borrow in new traits to facilitate in various sectors or segments in their careers. After analysis of the managers, I have realized that it lacks the following traits in its managerial capacity.
Wise Delegating
Recognition of Achievements
Thinking and generation of Lasting Solutions
Building of teamwork
According to the list of desires, I have selected five principles that will aid and help the manager have better output in the long run. This training module aims at entailing five strategic principles that aims at enhancing and making training of manager very successful (Vogel, 2010). They entail: behaviorism repetition, reinforcement (feedback), operant conditioning, cognitivism assimilation and humanism holism is highly important according to the analysis of the various traits notable in the managerial sections. The essence of behaviorism repetition highlights of the importance of learning as basically acquiring new information. People are born blank without any predisposition and, therefore, invests in every experience to mold them into a new thing. The essence of behaviorism falls on the main objectiveness of attaining certain behaviors and discount for certain mental activities.
Behaviorism is majorly attained through intensive repetition that is hugely adapted from the essence of stressing certain facts. Training of behaviorism on managers bases on the importance of repetition of the essence to acquire important skills and experience at work. It further aims at elaborating the essence of the frequent a stimulus and moreover response emanate in accordance to the association with every segment. The essence of behaviorism repetition aims at elevating the level of productivity by invigorating the mind and mental capacity to acquire new skills through a process of repetition and continued support of the system (Schwartz, 1999).
Another segment relevant for consideration while training the managers on psychology issues entails the relevant cognitivism assimilation. The cognitivism comes from the aspects of considering the cognitive sectors of behavioral thinking. Earlier behaviorists could not comprehend adequately how people properly organized and derived well explained information. The challenge lead to eventual understanding among the psychologists regarding the presence of growing realization bordering on the mental events or cognition that were initially heavily ignored. The training of the managers emphasizes majorly on the cognitive assimilation. The training of the managers responds to the importance noting that experience and educational cannot be obtained by anybody be it a child or a mature person but through it must be assimilated to current cognitive structure of the person. The managers should learn to nature a skills thirsty attitude through exposing themselves to reading materials and thus generate senses from the data availed to them. Cognitivism assimilation further challenges the people while training or learning to have an essence of adaptation. Regards for the Adaptation hugely portrays the essence or tendency of the organism perfectly get fit into its environment in in models that hugely promote survival mechanism (Storch, 2005).
According to (Paulus, 2009), operant conditioning is typical trait relevant to the managers. According to B.F. Skinner, who dealt intensively with analysis of the behaviorist tradition, if a response immediately followed by a reinforced stimulus is typically strengthened thus it becomes more likely to occur again. The mental training and psychological orientation of the mind in a repeated manner creates an irreversible condition amongst the people. This training is highly important for the manager to adopt a quick and resounding approach to skills and knowledge acquisition to enable them interact with other people and undertake their obligations in the best interest of the company. Input of classical conditioning into the company administration would demand the company leadership to ensure that they treat the staffs in a way that enables them to acts equally in good way so as to reciprocate goodness shown to them by the company leadership. By encouraging the pleasant emotions and undertakings by the managers, they are placed in the best position to induce a reinforcement process of success. The restructuring of the company policies are very vital for the eventual smooth-running of issues in any firm or organization (Schwartz, 1999).
Application of human Holism in the administrational capacity is highly significant to propel the company manager to a higher level. Strong qualities achievable from the psychological teaching and mental re-alignment are highly important when it comes to spearheading the company’s projects ahead. According to human Holism, there is a special inner nature of mankind that means a principle of unity. With reference to the Maslowian holism, there is the presence of man’s indispensable inner nature that hugely entails biologically based instinctoid need-hierarchy model. With reference holism approach, manager is trained to be able to acquire strong interpersonal teachings and models that are fundamental for running their company.
