EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Gannon campus Movie Theater is the name we decided to give the movie theater we were to open. The movie theater was dedicated to offer premium cinema services to university students. The main purpose of the theater will be to teach real life messages from a movie that can positively influence the young people in the society. These days classes sometime get bored and very stressful and majority of students get bored and tired, making them indeed of a short time to relax and take a break, this is where the movie theater come in: to give good moments and entertainment to students in campus so that they can forget the stressful environment they are in and enjoy with their friends.
Gannon campus Movie Theater will give the best of services to all of its customers with the latest quality movies in a comfortable spacious seat. Some of the services the movie theaters provide include selling of personalized tickets. Apart from providing movies for entertainment purposes the theater will also be providing excellent quality movies with educational lessons. For the clients who want to eat while watching a movie the theater will be selling delicious combos of food that are to be prepared by our own chef.
To make the Gannon campus Movie Theater stand out from the rest will to provide reliable security service. The other important service to be provided by the theater is the hospital service in case of emergency. Photograph services are another service to be included so that customers can take several photos when they are in the theater to remember the occasion.
Since most of our target customers are of between 18 to 25 years, the sales strategies that we were to implement will be based on cutting/reducing prices compared to our competition. Some of the media to be used to advertise and market the service the theater will be providing is by using social media like Face book, twitter, blogs and Interest. Another strategy that the theater will use to market itself is to provide quality services to all their clients so that the customers will recommend it to their service. Good management of the enterprise will result in actual cash held by the company earnings of 272,584 US dollars, an internal rate of return of 84.4% and payback in years of 2.15. This concludes that the project will be profitable since the gains outweigh the investment within a reasonable time.

General introduction
My classmate and I choose identified a market gap in the campus, where a lot of students like to watch movies and there was no a movie theater around. We were to decide on various things to be considered when putting up a theater. Some of the things which we put into consideration are like which type of speakers are good to run 3D and 2D movies. We were also to decide on the different projectors and screens. One of the factors that we had to consider the capital required to run a movie theater for the university by selling tickets.
Problem definition
To start or run a movie theater is not a simple or easy task. As a matter of fact there is a lot of cost that is incurred when a movie theater is being started. This is mainly due to a lot of tools and necessities, which are required to keep the place running smoothly. Without some of these necessities and tools a movie theater will not be able to attract a lot of customers. Due to absence of a movie theater in Gannon university led us to start thinking of a good plan to start one.
Project benefits
When the movie theater will be started it will help the students have fun on campus. On the same line it would be a good investment for the university by selling theater tickets to the students and others. This is the best method to use when setting up the ticket price is looking at the price of the competitors and reduce ours to attract more customers. The presence of the theater on the campus compound is going to make students have lots of fun and have snacks which are going to be sold in the movie theater at a reasonable price with easy transportation and minimized cost.

Selection of the theater is very important since it has direct impact on the customer. An excellent selection of the theater name can highly influence sale results on the market. Hence in order to come up with name of the theater I had to do a lot of research that the student can associate with. I asked for opinions from different people. The name of the campus perfectly suited the name for the theater to be started since most students can associate with it.
